Chemical Water Treatment

In any cooling or heating process where water is involved, the right chemical treatment of those systems will help them operate efficiently as well as protect them from corrosion or scale. We conduct an initial system survey to determine the best combination of chemicals to keep your system running properly. With constant monitoring, our chemical treatment program can help extend the life of your equipment as well as reduce water and energy usage.

In waste water processes, since every system is different, we will run a series of tests to find the optimal combination of coagulents and flocculents to remove as much waste as possible.

Chemical Cleaning

 

For systems, whether they be chillers, boiler tube bundles, etc., that have accumulated calcium build up or scale, we have the ability and equipment to remove scale through chemical processes.

For cooling towers, reverse osmosis, and other systems that can develop biological fouling, we offer Emergency Disinfection which includes bacterial testing before and after in order to show the results of the disinfection.

Glycol Installation

Whether for a heating or a cooling operation, a big system or a small one, we can help test for current gylcol levels, determine the appropriate concentrations, and use glycol-specific equipment to add it into your system along with a corrosion inhibitor for protection.
